Amazing Environment. Very cool employees. Lots of activities and events.

Cons

Stupid managers. All things moves very slowly. Needs to encourage people that really work instead of the ones acting that they are. No scrum or agile methodology applied.

Active Very busy, lots of work. Many departments with sources and information to work with. Informative and educational when speaking to educated and professional individuals. Connection to different journalists and offices across the globe. Good salary (if you ask for it), perks like gym, medical and yearly ticket). Training available to improve skills.

Cons

Heiarchy Micro Management Negatively Competitive (managers creating drama between staff to micro manage) Long hours and no over time Sexual harassment (HR covers up if the predators are connected or a presenter) Censorship and agenda with certain stories Verbal harassment from fashion stylist if not up to her style. Despite the great passion in journalism after years of harrasment and insecure and bully management, journalists quit due to deterioration of health.
