Great work like balance. For some project you could work with some really smart people.

Cons

A lot of decisions are politically driven in a very bad way. Lack of transparency while claiming it is number one value! They have a hard time keeping smart Engineer for several reason.

Job Security, Great Knowledge in the tech industry, exposure to work with international teams and consultants that gives you solid experience in experience domain.

Cons

High Politics, Mis-understanding of agile development and mixing it with waterfall practices that lead to huge delays in projects, lack respect between departments, HR are not empowered enough, there are many unsecured managers who got promoted without real domain knowledge and then they get to surround themselves with less IQ people to survive.
