- The most political place to work. -Management are fighting with each others. it's a massive political battle between departments, and none of the senior managers are working. - Money is wasted on stupid things and meaning of ROI doesn't exist in this company - They hire high caliber people only to put them down and put them in the corner - There is 0 empowerment, it doenst mean anything if you're "Senior Manager" - There is no proper HR policies that actually protects you, they will fire you in a second without a doubt, the HR is scared of senior management - People come at 1pm and leave at 4pm, no one cares even to attend meetings, they will only work if senior management asked to - The company is Saudi owned, and this reflects in day-to-day work, you're forced to implement the propaganda things for Saudi Government. - Project will start, and it will never end due senior management - Numbers are being lied when presented to the CEO - There is lots of money being stolen from the company, no auditing at all. "cousins company is making a lot of money" - Simple approval takes 2 month due to people's interest to actually work or because of senior management - No promotion neither a bonus. Bonus are given if your senior management likes you or not and not based on performance - Single person can control fully of your life, and that's been blessed by the owner

Witness a highly toxic company environment characterized by bullying, devaluing individuals, and incompetent managers. Self-interest plays a major role, with widespread ethical decay among employees lacking values or morals. Some individuals see annual promotions, especially if they are attractive females, possibly gaining entire departments. For instance, a girl spilled coffee on her laptop within a week, of receiving a new device, while a guy had an accident damaging his laptop screen, and fined the device's cost. Someone fluent in English with a charming demeanor could become a system architect earning 7000 JOD, though undeserving. The company thrives on gossip and manipulation, akin to gang principles where allegiance brings rewards and dissent invites sabotage or dismissal, as seen with many. The head programmer, impulsive and shallow, makes decisions without a solid foundation, solely focused on project completion, once resorting to distributing pills to keep staff working 24/7. I strongly advise against it. It’s a terrible company, and I am still struggling mentally with what happened to me there. The environment is toxic, filled with bullying, devaluing people, and led by incompetent managers. Self-interest dominates, and many employees lack values or ethics. Promotions are often based on favoritism or appearance, not merit. The company thrives on gossip, manipulation, and unethical behavior. I do not recommend it at all
