Salaries are ok. Nothing special but not too bad.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional company at every level. No apparent management, employees are expected to figure out everything themselves while working unreasonable hours. Admin/HR are completely unhelpful and unresponsive and will leave you waiting for weeks in very difficult circumstances.

Cons

Toxic work environment, highly political and gossipy. Colleagues don't trust each other and don't trust the transparency of the management. Heavy "bro culture" where women are afraid to speak up.
