      Pros

      Some of the coworkers are the best I have worked with, and are very willing to help and teach me everything I need. There are some bad apples, but overall good environment to work.

      Cons

      After the restructuring of the organization, efficiency goes way down to do anything, funds are low to work on anything, even new acquisitions.

      Sooo far away from the city center that you have to commute almost 2.5-3 hours everyday Not all departments are able to work from home because home office is only possible approved by manager No social activities Not great HR depertment

      It is a good place to stay.

      Pros

      - The work environment is very comfortable, free of internal strife and backstabbing; people are willing to help each other. - Mahle's reputation and value within the industry are still very high. - The salary and benefits are decent, and the work-life balance couldn't be better.

      Cons

      - The lack of sufficient challenge; if your goal is rapid professional growth, you would need to look for a company with a faster pace. - The decline of ICE business segments is inevitable, and the slow pace of strategic transformation has led to a gradual shrinkage of the business.
