Cons

Management has an old-school mindset, believing that job satisfaction is solely based on compensation. The issue with this approach is that other companies in the area have matched their pay, so they no longer have the financial leverage to retain employees solely through salary. As a result, working 50 to 60 hours a week with little positive recognition, lack of pride in the workplace, and no opportunities for advancement leaves them constantly searching for new employees.
