      Pros

      Salary, interesting projects, flexible work options; some great people working there (working level)

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, Outdated company culture, “old boys club” with management all males, a lot of little “cliques”, the outsiders are not very welcomed, management not interested in embracing the change, Old systems.

      1. Nice work environment. 2. Fixed timings 9 am to 6 pm. 3. Work life balance is quite good.
