Co-workers are like family and management actually cares about you. It's interesting to watch the transformation of the vehicles (from broken/faded to beautiful again). You learn something new and valuable every day. Seeing a customer smile when they pick up their finished vehicle and it looks new again. Looking forward to being at work every day because it truly is a fun and interesting place to work.

No benefits When business is slow, the days can get long.
