Not horrible first job, stable. Lower pay than any average.

Cons

New ownership, regional guy is not a.people person. If you don't agree with him he's not interested. Pay is very very low. Many years experience, offers from other employers for the same job at least double.

Loved the hours, and I enjoy working on vehicles. If you enjoy what you do, it isn't a job!

Cons

Weather and elements really effect the work, sometimes when it is slow you will end up doing maintenance and clean up work.
