MAA pays less on average than other management companies. Leasing incentives and renewal bonus amounts can be changed at anytime If you lease an apartment with MAA and you terminate your employment for any reason you will be required to vacate the apartment 14 days after your last day. If you are fired, it will be 7 days. Every property is ran totally different due to managers having lots of free will. No company events or team events
