-pay is competitive -bonus opportunities -stable -If you put in the work the company will invest in your growth. -properties are overall nice -rental discount -opportunities are out there with this company. You just have to be willing to perfect your current role and put your interests out there. -pretty much if you do your job well it will be recognized.

Cons

-Who is on your team definitely impacts how much you will enjoy your job. I’ve worked at 4 MAA properties and only had 1 employee that was really hard to work with and made a toxic environment. It’s EXTREMELY hard to be fired it seems. -residents can be hard to deal with, but comes with the territory. -sometimes upper management take a while to respond. - some properties are dated and need renovations.

Cons

Depending on the community, you have to deal with completely entitled and horrible residents. The treatment from the residents taking their day out on you any chance they get was the reason I left the industry.
