Great company to start in the multifamily industry

Pros

MAA is willing to give inexperienced talent an opportunity in the competitive leasing industry.

Cons

Older properties, constantly short staffed, leaks galore, transfer policy for residents is difficult, roaches, and bed bugs are at a lot of their properties. Having industry experience, I have never experienced any of these issues working at other management companies.

Cons

There aren't any cons as long as you realize we are in the apartment industry. We are in the business of providing homes for our customers and providing service to them 24/7.
