Pros

- Large company that is a lot of markets across the US - Lots of job openings (don't know if that is a Pro though)

Cons

- Micromanaging - More work less pay than other property management companies - Lack of communication - Culture does not exist - High turnover - Bonus program and awards program is horrible - You have to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and a lot of holidays

Pros

Decisions backed, Supportive Management, Great Bonuses! They run the Properties in a manner that you can go to another property and you can feel like you know what's going on! They are my first Civilian Property as coming from Privatized Military Housing.

Cons

None really, except when property is sold and there isn't any other Manager positions open in the area. Pay is great, bonuses are more than I ever imagined.... I know this is Cons, but I really don't have any and there is a required amount of Characters!

Pros

Post is a great place to work. The people are wonderful and we have a strong brand. I would recommend Post!

Cons

The uncertainty with the outcome of the merger with MAA makes it a difficult time. This is only an uncertainty. It is not a negative comment.
