Compensation and benefits are good (especially if you can make budget goals).

Cons

High turnover in employees which causes big pressure and high expectations on an understaffed team. More concerned with budget then creating a quality work environment. Forced to do turns in-house with unqualified and unmotivated employees that create a negative work environment which causes a back log in work orders and unhappy residents.
