You will learn a lot, be exposed to a lot and asked to do a lot. This means you will get a lot of experience across several different aspects of property management. This will translate to to being a highly skilled and sought after candidate when you leave the company.

Cons

BUT you will you be asked to do a lot; sometimes with not very much. Feedback from employees is not always well received.
