      * Quarterly bonuses and incintives are given based off of resident's reviews/ratings. * Employees obtain a lot of knowledge and experience on basic home/apartment maintenance. * If you're inexperienced, they are willing to train you. * My starting pay was decent at roughly $13/hr

      Cons

      * Management strives to make sure properties are always looking perfect, that they disregard the needs of the employees. * An increase in hourly pay was discussed, but never followed through with. * I have applied to transfer to about 10 different MAA properties,(to be closer to home and save gas) and have been denied every time.

      RVP and SVP tend to micromanage and are not very supportive, too involved in things they don't need to be like basic property issues, uniforms, very little sick time,
