BENEFITS!!! Company does a great job with training and always available to help and support you. Company does a lot to keep you up to date and informed with the company.

Cons

Would be nice to have more of an employee discount for living on property.

Mid America trains their employees to their standards, which are very high and reputable. They acknowledge a job well done, both on an intranet and Company Newsletter. They never forget a birthday or an anniversary, and acknowledge both with a token of appreciation.
