Higher starting hourly rate for leasing consultants than others. 20% off your rent for your apartment if you choose to live onsite.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging; work-life balance is lacking; property personnel overworked; no incentives for working hard; properties that are lower scale work just as hard if not harder to obtain incoming residents and retain, however are being paid less per lease.

Pros

Insurance was OK and the staff onsite was great!! Holidays and PTO time was good. Property was well taken care of.

Cons

They micro manage like crazy. They tape all inbound calls. They have the leasing staff shopped monthly and video shopped. You are knocked if you don't say exactly what they want you to say. They don't have any faith in their staff.

Good pay and benefits including two weeks vacation 3 sick days medical 401k flexible on schedules most of the time.

Cons

Employees under appreciated requires double the physical work than other companies, in house paint and in house carpet cleaning can take a toll.
