A cohesive environment of dedicated professionals serving our clients. The pay scale for non salary employees is above industry average.

Cons

Post is currently in negation to sell their interest to MAA Property management of Tennessee. Despite this current transition period I have no negative issues I have.

Pros

Competitive pay, fair quarterly bonus, and very good benefits. Paid volunteer day. Good opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Cons

Constant high work load. Constant changes in company structure and operating software which has large amount of "bugs" that are still there after years of use.

Very good benefits, great management support, excellent pay for industry, the best management software, beautiful properties, upward mobility in the company

Cons

Not an easy job, your success will rely on your knowledge of all aspects of the business, daily routine varies but that's just the nature of Property Management
