Pros

Decisions backed, Supportive Management, Great Bonuses! They run the Properties in a manner that you can go to another property and you can feel like you know what's going on! They are my first Civilian Property as coming from Privatized Military Housing.

Cons

None really, except when property is sold and there isn't any other Manager positions open in the area. Pay is great, bonuses are more than I ever imagined.... I know this is Cons, but I really don't have any and there is a required amount of Characters!

Pros

The culture for the company is one of the key reasons to work for this company. The contributions and the uniqueness of each individual is appreciated and not taken for granted.

Cons

Down side of working at MAA some properties do work on the holidays just depends on the size of the property.

Growing company with still honoring a small business value of employees!

Cons

Growing company means change, 2 huge mergers in 3 years means a lot of new, as well as dispositions.
