Pros

Decent pay, great hours. Will keep you active especially if you're involved with the maintenance side of the company.

Cons

My location was rife with drama and weak-willed management. Nothing was done about several problem employees for months on end until the problem couldn't be ignored any longer, or until the aforementioned problem took care of itself. This proved to be extremely bad for team morale and cohesion.

Pros

Upper Management and Corporate office are easily manipulated by woke social justice terms and slogans. They are quick to fire if you are having difficulty adapting to an ever changing business.

Cons

The Human Resource department is there to protect the company. and not the employees. Regional Managers are slow to hire and quick to fire. They will get rid of you for negative behavior that they foster and cultivate behind closed doors.

Pros

The company training and culture was great. I always enjoyed coming in to work. My management was great and the tools provided made the job easy.

Cons

The hourly pay was alright compared to other companies. The commission structure was pretty low in comparison with other companies.
