      Decent starting wage and thats it

      Cons

      Management is very biased and bent on screwing you over. Company only cares about making money for the stock holders and they don't care about their employees

      Pros

      MAA is willing to give inexperienced talent an opportunity in the competitive leasing industry.

      Cons

      Older properties, constantly short staffed, leaks galore, transfer policy for residents is difficult, roaches, and bed bugs are at a lot of their properties. Having industry experience, I have never experienced any of these issues working at other management companies.
