Pros

Teams I’ve worked with have been top notch. Not everyone gets as lucky but that’s just my experience.

Cons

The pay is mediocre. None of the positions in my office get paid enough for the amount of work they do and do not match the areas cost of living. The nature of the industry is tough. Must have a thick skin and be able to deal with the good, bad and ugly of managing a residential property.
