Great quarterly bonus structure and room for growth.

Cons

Work schedule and getting your time off approved. If you don't have a full team, no vacation will ever get approved as they need constant office coverage.

-Good benefits -Schedules can be flexible -LOTS of training available -The people I worked with were very organized, friendly, and easy to get along with -Corporate did a great job of keeping everyone informed during COVID-19 (overall they handled the pandemic incredibly with well keeping their staff as safe as possible) -Pay is great -Depending on your property and time of year it can be fast/slow-paced -Opportunities to advance

Cons

-Dealing with difficult residents (but this is the case in any customer service role) -Corporate offices are out of state so for long-term career goals at corporate you may have to move out state; *pro if you live in those states

Busy, good if you are outgoing, pay is consistent. Star sales , health benefits are amazing. Great leadership except in Tampa Florida with Heather .

Cons

Micromanagement in Tampa Florida locations.
