Great place to work and great benefits. Great team work when I worked for them

Cons

Lots of turnover regarding management when I worked there. Seems like when a new manager came in that person brought their people in.

Pros

-Job security -Discounted rent -Health insurance/401k -Self guided tours allow you to accomplish a lot of tasks in the office. -Due to high turnover rate the potential for a promotion is high.

Cons

-Too much work for too little pay. -Micromanaged (EVERYTHING needs approval, there is very little you can do without approval) - Constant IT tickets - CHEAP company. Will avoid fixing resident problems due to budgeting. -Increase renewals rates by 20-30% -Not all properties allow leasing consultant to have renewal commission opportunities. -Understaffed -We work hard in understaffed offices for terrible pay with complaining residents. -The office is open 7 days a week and the call center will schedule appointments back to back ALL DAY!
