Good wages, but a lot of knowledge needed.

-enjoyed working here as managers were lovely -good wage at £7 p/h -a lot of training to further product knowledge -excellent discount 50% and 'staff waste' section so get to try products for free -good ethics

Cons

-if you don't remember information right you get slammed down hard on -had more issues with supervisors then managers -a lot of overtime given, when wasn't asked for

Pros

Working with a great team more like a family. We all take care of each other. Lovely environment to be part of its a pleasure to go to work. Regular training and feedback on performance and we get to try products so we know what we are selling. On the whole lovely customers(mostly) great co workers and fab managers.

Cons

The only challenge I have is the heat within the shopping centre its stuffy and unpleasant. WE work hard for our money minimum LIVING wage would be much appreciated.......
