      A friendly environment considering its retail. Good ethics that make you proud to work for the company. Good employment benefits. Good rate of pay.

      Cons

      A lot of information and training to be had and memorised. 100% high energy on the shop floor. Irregular shift patterns.

      Pros

      Generally a fun, friendly and supportive place to work. Finally getting a pay rise to reflect the work expected of staff. Gain excellent knowledge of skincare and product ingredients.

      Cons

      Each shop is very independently managed. This can be a positive but can lead to a lot of irregularities between stores. Most career opportunities within the company mean moving to Poole.

      Pros

      Everyone employed at the Lush I worked at was friendly and east to get along with. The air was always filled with such positivity, which made it a great place to work at!

      Cons

      If you're not too keen on selling products to customers this isn't the job for you!
