Pros

Great management. Ok (sometimes) flexible hours. At the time, they gave the employees lots of goodies around Christmas, made the crazy hours worth it.

Cons

Pushy, if not aggressive, sales methods were "encouraged" which came from top of company.

* 50% off for staff! * Everyone's really friendly * Paid breaks and training * Lots of free products given to try out especially at Christmas * Good pay

Cons

Hours for temps can be less than you want as they have to be spread fairly, and there's little flexibility in them but there are more hours available closer to Christmas.
