- Fellow staff are very friendly and positive, and I made lots of long-lasting friendships from working here. - Management are very effective at helping people stay motivated and also very supportive if you have any issues. - Employee benefits are very very attractive here, as well as the pay. - Great ethics and values

Cons

- Some team members were quite pushy and rude towards other staff.

50% staff discount Fun atmosphere Other staff were nice to work with Interesting, usually nice customers Decent bonus scheme

Too sales-driven; managers would encourage authenticity but in practise cared more about achieving targets Inefficient supervisors; often stood around chatting among eachother, but would pause to give 'feedback' if you weren't with a customer (even if the only customer in the shop just wanted to browse alone) Unorganised management; rotas often published just a day or two before the new week began Some part-time staff were very competitive, some supervisors also seemed to worry about 'getting ahead' Lack of structure within company Below the living wage (despite using its 'ethics' as a marketing tactic) Clear favouritism and lots of cliques

Cons

Lower rate of pay when compared to similar roles. Repetition of mistakes - slow to learn sometimes from the past Needs to be more focus on infrastructure and working culture
