Working in the biggest lush store in the world, it can be very busy All the staff are incredibly welcoming, management are very keen on providing feedback to help you improve 50% discount on products Potential bonus every month I wanted to shed my light on my experiences as there are many negative reviews on this branch but I am loving it so far. Training is provided and is very in depth

Cons

It can seem a little daunting to start things off when you don't know a great deal of products, sometimes management can be very strict when it comes to the uniform as greys aren't allowed.

50% off Get to try products through testers Going home smelling like lush Through the training learning some great information about looking after your skin hair and you can pass this knowledge on to friends The ethics of the company A good team of people who are always ready to help me as well as the management Great hourly wage

Cons

No cons at the moment, never thought I could enjoy working in retail. When it gets busy though I think the staff should be more aware if they are needed on tills

The people are so energetic and fun. They make me and everyone around them happy and excited for work.

Cons

Sometimes the store can be very crowded and hard to get help from your co-workers. And the customers are sometimes ignored due to the low staff.
