Pros

Great atmosphere to work, and free samples so you really improve product knowledge. Great support from team leaders, and like minded staff. Decent wage.

Cons

None at all. I could say more good things? Ok. A nice relaxed uniform policy. Good communication among team. Oh, you do get covered in glitter, so I guess that may be a con if you hate glitter...

Pros

Great benefits scheme, friendly and understanding staff and management. Pay was brilliant for a part time sales assistant. Nice little freebies of new products.

Cons

Very little training was given (more just filling out H&S forms) Was having to train myself in my own time, or by reading labels of the products until I knew my 'script for them'. Do not do internal transfers. If you're relocating, you will have to apply and interview to vacant positions just like every other applicant, regardless of whether you're a current/former employee or not.
