Great Location and offices on Poole Quay Funky and 'cool' and lovely co-workers, full of ceatives and misfits Innovative Creative Maverick Great cause and purpose

Cons

If your not part of the 'cool-kids' prepare to be isolated and dropped like a used tissue Employees are just cattle to be herded and moved low pay disingenuous and arrogant senior managament It was chaos, like herding cats No interest in career development

Pros

Company ethics is discussed from purchasing to having vegetarian microwaves. People are lovely and very accepting compared to most other companies I've worked for.

Cons

Systems are old and not very forward thinking, which trickles down to everyday mismanagement and can cause delays and there is very little accountability for it.
