%50 Percent Discount I got to meet a lot of nice people You get free things

Cons

Very little work life balance as I only got late night shifts. They falsified reports so I can't claim EI.

-Amazing family atmosphere among the team -Sincere, enjoyable interactions with customers -Products are fantastic and can be sampled -Training is in depth and creativity is encouraged -Generous discount

Cons

-Fairly pushy approach to sales, placing pressure on staff -Staff with big personalities often clashed, resulting in constant workplace drama -Favouritism both at shop level and within the wider company -Large divides between departments (Retail, Manufacturing, IT, etc)
