- nice benefits, bonus - they take care of employee - reasonable salary - you got chance to try a lot of stuff - they are really generous

Cons

- if the management team is bad your experience will be very bad - since they hv a strong feed back culture, if u met someone in the management team who always give negative feedback that will be quite tough
