LUSH is a company that really cares about it's workers. There are various people and numbers within the company that you can contact (anonymously) for help with literally anything, as well as most people being employed being friendly and approachable. The benefits you get from working at the store simply increase your passion for the company and it's products, making it very easy to sell them.

Cons

There weren't many at all, other than the job is VERY manager dependant. If you have an efficient manager who has a good relationship with the team then it'll probably be the best sales job you ever have.
