Pros

Working at lush was always a lot of fun, I made some really good friends and always had a real giggle at work. The customers were lovely for the most part, as customer service roles go this is easily the nicest one I have had. The discount is exceptionally generous and the company ethos is strong throughout everything they do, they also pay the living wage and have a really comprehensive maternity/paternity policy.

Cons

It is hard to progress unless you can relocate. You will do really well at Lush if you have no commitments as the opportunities are out there and they will nurture you, you just need to be able to drop everything to chase them.

Cons

not very competitive salary, perks do exist but not very useful (reduced price hypnosis? c'mon)
