Pros

50% off of products in store from day one of employment. Really friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Great job if you're looking for career progression as most jobs are internally posted.

Cons

Management can be biased towards favourite members of staff. I didn't get a permanent position because my lack of confidence wasn't what they needed at the time however I was told that I had progressed so well over my time there and that I should definitely apply for the permanent position.

Lovely colleagues Amazing work environment (always came home smelling gorgeous) Incentives such as free gift boxes for highest sales etc. Great pay (£8.75 per hour) Very flexible and understanding shift patterns Great discount! (50%)

Cons

A lot of up and down stairs re stocking items Everything has to be hand priced Small shop (difficult around busy xmas period)
