The pay is good and you get a good discount on items

Cons

Management expects you to do their job for them and gives no thanks, instead the second you make a small mistake the manager forces you to quit (because they know they can’t fire you). Managers are very young and there is no HR or area managers so if your manager is doing something illegal, immoral, or unethical you have no one to report it to. If your manager doesn’t like you they cut your hours and put you on days they’re not in.

Strong teamwork. Self-motivated, not via any inspirational leader. You have to stick together through the various nightmares.

Cons

Too many to list. The nightmare starts at the top & filters through all higher managers. None of the values are true. There is no training, no responsible leaders, no ownership from managers, no maturity or experienced leaders. Just a lot of lost people with no idea what is going on or what to do next

Pros

Constantly being on an aromatheraphy high and getting free samples is fantastic. It's also an extremely welcoming employer to whom to come out as a trans woman.

Cons

It's not the best pay at entry level, and it's almost always seasonal or entry level.
