Fun team and a great work environment. The pay is good and the pension scheme is nice.

Cons

All they want is money. The passion has really vanished. Using their sales staff as cannon fodder against the onslaught of complaints and customer issues. The amount of times my team was left to fend for ourselves in Covid and when put into a serious/ awkward situation by a customer. Tried to progress but the high up "head office" is extremely gatekeepery. This is demonstrated through the fact that 90% is white, the lack of diversity is rather crazy.
