Living wage, friendly staff/supervisors (most of the time), accommodating to changes/preferences for working especially as a student, no uniform other than an apron/lanyard

Cons

Forced to interact with customers when it can be awkward/they don't want to be spoken to, feedback from managers can be harsh especially on a bad day (although some managers make an effort to be constructive), some favouritism when giving tasks/feedback to staff depending on the time they have worked there - you get treated better the longer you work there
