- great working environment - excellent working culture - laid-back culture - reasonable pay

Cons

- no overtime once you get into leadership positions - retail hours - Your pay is only impressive if you're a permanent sales assistant or the store manager, otherwise you're getting stiffed.

I loved my time at Lush! I adored the training sessions, being a part of the training and social media team. I love the sales games the supervisors would set up on the shop floor. And learning all of the ingredients and benefits of every product! Also the discount was AMAZING!

Cons

It was hard doing approaches when my social anxiety was bad but aside from that it was amazing!
