step up in the company, casual dress, freedom of expression with tattoos, experience being a people manager and giving feedback

Cons

only a pound more an hour than sales assistants, though you will be required to open up the store as the only member of management in smaller stores. consider yourself always on call, and heavily depended upon despite such low pay
