Pros

Luno has a fantastic work culture. Working here has been fun & they make meetings very interesting. My manager is easy to talk to & very understanding. A lot of the employees help where they can when I get stuck.

Cons

Because Luno is a big financial institution, there is much to learn about security, protocols and quality. I can't fault them too much as this would apply at any major financial business.

We're all really proud of the culture we have created together, so it's wonderful to hear that you agree! I think in my 4 years' at Luno no one has ever said they are too busy to help out and that is testament to our strong, collaborative culture. There is a lot to learn, because we take our responsibility to our customers, regulators and other 3rd parties seriously, but hopefully you're getting all of the information you need to be successful.
