- Best tech company I have worked for hands down, only other "big tech" in SA is likely AWS (could be wrong here). Some of the best engineers I have ever worked with - Good payment and good benefits, have an emphasis on mental well-being

Cons

- Retrenchments (volatile environment, retrenchment packages were good at least)

The company's culture is one of the best. We have a routine company offsite event and we always had a great time. The projects in software engineering are not too overwhelming.

Cons

The salary is not too competitive with other companies.
