Luno is a fantastic place to work. It exceeds every expectation I have from a job. An exciting, cutting-edge industry, high amounts of autonomy, room and support to grow in my career, fantastic colleagues, wonderful company culture, free lunches, excellent perks, modern tech stack, great salary, loads of annual leave, focus on employee happiness and satisfaction... the list goes on. If you're at all interested in Crypto, Fintech, or tech in general, I can strongly recommend coming to join us.

Pros

As an employee, you feel 110% cared for. The working environment is relaxed, interesting and (usually) always evolving. There are tremendously talented people at Luno, and I often can't believe I'm fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work here!

Cons

Honestly, I can say there are none. Easily the best job I've had in my career so far.

Pros

Never before have I have I felt more a part of a mission of any company. The level of autonomy is great and you will be nudged in the right direction if you are going off track, so you can fully trust in your work output. You're surrounded by people that are always willing to go over and a above to help you out and you have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field. The culture is incredible, and you really get treated well.
