On paper all looks great. Impossible to implement at scale. Great HR. Access to great training.

Cons

Constant change that leaves some leaders with little autonomy and at the mercy of decision makers that are higher.

Quite new to the team but so far impressed with a positive, friendly culture that values personal growth. Excellent thorough on boarding process that I have found really motivating. Excited about my future here!
