      Working in the Luno is definitely an amazing journey in your life. You will enjoy the company's culture very well! People working in the Luno are really welcoming and enthusiastic. They love to show their work practices and explain them step by step with full of patience. In addition, the company offers you flexible working space.

      Pros

      Great vision and processes. The team is very welcoming and approachable. the values they stipulate during the interview process is what you get when starting.

      Cons

      Onboarding from home is a bit hard when equipment can only be set up on your start date, which leaves you no time for IT issues while sessions have already started. I missed two welcoming sessions and processes due to having to set-up on the same day.
