      Pros

      I love the people I get to work with every day. They are smart, efficient and humble and they inspire me to give world class service to my team every day. Together we create world-class products. The company is people-centred; employees and customers alike, because in the end, it's about the people creating these products and the people these products are for. Keeping this in mind helps to make our product world-class and useful. The culture is one that places a lot of value on giving your best and becoming your best and I've experienced immense personal and professional growth while being at the company. The CEO and management is mindful and respectful of employees having lives outside of work and encourage a healthy work-life balance.

      Just started & a great company

      Pros

      Put people first, great culture, seem to genuinely care about staff. Colleagues extremely friendly. No egos or politics

      Cons

      Remote working, which is a shame for me in the UK as more companies are pushing the work-life balance especially for employees with children (such as myself). Not informing me until I had signed contracts that I was going to cape town for a week induction, although exciting this is difficult as I have a family and arrangements need to be made at short-notice

      Pros

      - Its so refreshing to work at a company which puts its people first! - Luno is scaling which means there is a lot of room for lateral or vertical growth - Everyone lives and breathes the company values

      Cons

      There are quote a few rounds of interviews but, by the end of it, you understand the job expectations and get a taste of the culture
