      Pros

      A very friendly environment that one is able to share ideas and build onto processes for an efficient and customer friendly experience. At Luno, customers are at the forefront of development and that really shows in the effort, time and enthusiasm people put into their work. A great office that allows for collaboration, communication and has easily approachable people.

      Cons

      Can be a bit of a learning curve, but people are around to guide you through it.

      Pros

      Luno takes hiring seriously - this is not only so that you're the right fit for the job, but also the right fit for company culture. You get to work with not only the most friendly people, but the most smart too.

      The long interview process is all completely worth it:)

      Pros

      Great startup culture - relaxed environment but fast paced work, very smart but humble engineers to learn from, competitive benefits, excellent place to be involved with blockchain technology, easy to switch between projects of interest.

      Cons

      Don't have any really. Perhaps that I have seen some table tennis and foosball but haven't seen games often?
