      Luno is by far the most forward-thinking company I have heard of before, I truly feel privileged to have the opportunity to be a part of the Luno team. From day one, you are made to feel a part of the close-knit family that is Luno and it is a breath of fresh air to work for a company that has a mission to make such a positive impact on the world we live in - putting the power of crypto in everyone's hands. The best part about being a part of Luno is that you feel heard when you voice your opinion, you are supported by your manager, HR and your colleagues in adapting to your new role and you are valued for your knowledge and experience that you bring to the table.

      Pros

      This is a different take on a work environment. Many companies *talk* about employee wellbeing and development but Luno live it. Every person is valued for being their authentic self and bringing the you in everything you do. There is immense focus on growth and achievement with support along the way to get there. Communication and vision is phenomenal. We know what we need to do and everyone works hard to get there. Not because we have to but because we want to.
